I have used this vendor in the past . Flier costs were between $12-$17. any edits were $5. In July she charged me $17 to edit a flier she made in the past. The only changes were date, time and location, the design and other details were the same. Then she charged me $17 for another fliers edit. I was adding logos to the flier which was already made. Upon asking for clarification regarding cost, she said the price depends on her work load. Thats not public information and I feel this vendor should make it clear that edits or flier costs will depend on her work load. When asking for clarification, she replied rudely. Will not be using her again.

Yes, because the flyer was from almost a year ago. Plus, you were incredibly demanding and rude. Normally, I waive storage fees for my clients, but you were charged storage fee, which resulted in a higher price. You were warned of this, before I delivered and your order was completed.
